This lovely Edwardian house in Highland Perthshire took some major remodeling to suit the clients and their family. Most challenging was to remove the 3' thick retaining wall between dining room and kitchen. The result is a dining room open to the kitchen, with the Aga truly at the hub of the home, making cooking as theatre part of the joy of Entertaining. The formal drawing room is balanced by a cosy sitting room in deep terracotta. The master bathroom was carved from a spare bedroom and combines old and new, with a freestanding bath from which you can see the deer on the hill and a large glass shower with coloured glass splashback matching the exterior of the bath.
